We know very well that our customers are not going to judge us when they’re having a hassle-free day with production at an all-time high. It’s how we react on the really bad days when production grinds to an unintended halt or new conditions require instant adjustments. That’s when we have to prove ourselves to be a supplier you can trust.
Our AGV:s are built from standard components. If something breaks down we have spare parts in stock. We also have online connections to all our customer facilities, which means we can troubleshoot very quickly, often without even needing to come over. Our service desk is manned by competent, service-minded technicians, and as a Swedish company on the Swedish market, we are never far away if we are unable to manage a problem online.
